Main Investment costs

Water: Basically, there is no municipal water supply. The main source of water for domestic use comes from wells. Pure water is available in the market at around 600 CFA francs per litre.

Electricity: 90 CFA francs per kilowatt-hour for ordinary users and 110 CFA francs per kilowatt-hour for large users, plus 15% VAT.

Liquefied gas: 5,500 CFA francs per bottle (25kg).

Oil: petrol 480 CFA francs (approx. US$0.8) per litre, diesel 350 CFA francs (US$0.6) per litre.
